GI Association Founded in Capital

The Beijing Geographical Indication Industry Association was founded on November 1. The new group will work to promote the standardization of the capital's GI-involved industries and help improve related services, local officials said. An official from the Beijing Intellectual Property Office will support the association and encourage its role in boosting the city's high-quality development.
