US network infrastructure company CommScope is suing German company Rosenberger for allegedly misappropriating trade secrets related to base station antenna and computer software.
CommScope originally filed the complaint at the US District Court for the District of New Jersey in July, but revealed the move in a press release on October 14.
In a court filing issued on October 11 Rosenberger denied the charges laid out in CommScope’s complaint, which has not yet been published.
Farid Firouzbakht, senior vice president of RF Products for CommScope, said that the company had filed the action in order to protect its "significant investments in developing innovative products that provide superior value to our network infrastructure customers".
