Lately, Sichuan Patent Information Service Platform was successfully updated. As a result, the network carrying capacity were increased by 150%, the system capability were advanced by 66.7%, the ability of the platform in receiving and delivering visits were raised by 50% or so and the capability of patent information service was obviously lifted, too.
The updated Sichuan Patent Information Service Platform includes Chinese and foreign patent database service platforms and five industry database platforms and contains 3,770,000 pieces of Chinese patent document information and 45,450,000 pieces of foreign patent document information of 14 nations and regions.
It is learnt that since the first update of the patent information service platform on April 22, 2009, Sichuan Patent Information Service Platform has received 7,500 person times of efficient visits and provided 15,430 times of download service of Chinese patent documents.
