CPA Global Appoints New Financial Chief

Paul Woolf, CFO of UK outsourcing firm Mitie Group, is to join IP management company CPA Global in February 2020.
 
The news was announced by Mitie in a regulatory disclosure last on September 11.
Woolf will step down from Mitie on January 28, 2020 and will take up his post as CFO at CPA the following month.
 
In the statement, Mitie chairman Derek Mapp said that Woolf would be “much missed, but we wish him well in his new challenge".
 
"Paul has been hugely supportive in the turn-around of Mitie, bringing in new financial disciplines and helping restore investor confidence,” Mapp said.
 
Woolf has been at Mitie since 2017. He previously served as CEO of health club chain Virgin Active.
