Recently, CMSI, and Intellectual Property Publishing House Co., Ltd jointly issued by the China Iron and Steel Enterprise Patent Innovation Index (2019) in Beijing, the report said that China's iron and steel enterprises to enhance consciousness of protection of IPRs, four iron and steel enterprises were awarded the most innovative patent enterprises and 39 iron and steel enterprises were awarded the most innovative patent enterprises.
At the meeting, the relevant person in charge introduced that the report comprehensively analyzed the patent data applied by 151 enterprises such as production enterprises, research institutes and design institutes in the member units of China Iron and Steel Industry Association in the past five years. From the angles of patent creation, patent application and patent protection, the paper also made a comprehensive analysis of the patent innovation of China's iron and steel enterprises. Ability was evaluated impartially and scientifically. The report also suggests that enterprises with weak patent distribution should make up for the shortcomings of patents as soon as possible.
It is reported that this is the second joint publication of relevant research results by the above-mentioned institutions, aimed at promoting the improvement of patent innovation ability of Chinese iron and steel enterprises, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the iron and steel industry and high-quality development. At the same time, the meeting also announced the establishment of China Intellectual Property Development Union Metallurgical Professional Committee.
