On the morning of July 29, 1st Sino-Korea Design Protection Forum was held in Qingdao, Shandong province. Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office He Hua, Director of the Trademark Design Examination Bureau of Korean Intellectual Property Office Yu Zongjun, Consul General of Korea in Qingdao Yu Zaixian and Vice Secretary-General of Qingdao Municipal People's Government Li Gang attended the opening ceremony.
He Hua emphasized the meaning of enhancing IPR exchange and cooperation between China and Korea. He pointed out that, the holding of 1st Sino-Korea Design Protection Forum was of significance in promoting exchange in design field in China and Korea. He Hua stressed that, Qingdao attracted the most Korean-invested enterprises in China and it was meaningful to select Qingdao as the holder of the forum and it will help Chinese and Korean enterprises to know about the design protection systems in the two countries.
