FisherBroyles has bolstered its IP offering with the addition of partners Charles Geitner, in Naples, Florida, and Scott Nathan, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Over the course of his career, Geitner has advised businesses on protecting trademarks, service marks and trade secrets, as well as on commercial and regulatory matters. He has litigated cases involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement.

Joel Ferdinand, managing partner of FisherBroyles’ litigation practice group, said: “Chuck brings more than two decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts, and valuable business acumen from his prior work in the banking industry.”

Meanwhile, Nathan, who previously served as director of a global supply chain company, focuses his practice on risk mitigation. He advises clients on how to manage the IP aspects of transactions, and comply with data privacy and security laws.

Edward Gildea, managing partner of the firm’s Boston office, said: “With his diverse experience as a general counsel, a litigator and as an entrepreneur, Scott is a great resource for our clients and a welcome addition to our team.”
