The Winners of the 2025 IP Eagle Talents Selection and Training Program (Series)
On 24 January, the 2026 Enterprise IP Strategy Forum and Annual Conference of In-house IP Managers kicked off at the Beijing International Hotel. At the grand party in that evening, the Launching Ceremony of the Selection and Training Program for Outstanding IP Practitioners and the Appointment Ceremony of Think Tank Experts (Training Mentors) were held and the winners of the 2025 Outstanding In-house IP Managers, 2025 Outstanding IP Service Teams, 2025 Outstanding International IP Service Teams, and 2025 Outstanding IP Management Teams under the IP Eagle Talents Selection and Training Program were unveiled.
The winners of the IP Eagle Talents Selection and Training Program will be released online successively.
2025 Outstanding International IP Service Teams
The IP Eagle Talents Selection and Training Program aims at exploring a new mechanism for the cultivation of high-level, multi-disciplinary and international IP talents. It is designed to implement the strategic requirements of the 15-year plan (2021-2035) on the development of intellectual property rights (IPR) and the 14th Five-Year Plan of IP Protection and Use, which are: creating a more open, more active and more dynamic environment for the development of IP talents; improving the mechanism for the training, evaluation, motivation and allocation of IP talents; and executing a special IP talent training program.
The candidates of 2025 Outstanding International IP Service Teams are: international IP service teams or institutions with extensive experience serving Chinese clients or/and IP service teams or institutions based in China with exceptional international service capabilities. The selection criteria are: (1) the team members are law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, with good professional ethics; (2) the team has been established and operating for at least three years; (3)the team has more than 5 members; (4) the leaders and core members of the team have attained a certain level of professionalism in terms of qualifications, years of experience and educational background; (5) the team is representative of the industry in terms of the typical cases it has handled, and the major achievements it has obtained; and (6) the team has made outstanding contributions related to IP international exchange in its industry or community in the past three years.
Nominations are received through self-nomination and recommendation. The results are decided through comprehensive evaluation by experts, and are hereby announced.

BDPE Patent Attorneys and Attorneys at Law
