In October 2018, after a long experience working together in one of the most prominent Italian law firms, Ennio Cicconi and Raffaella Fantozzi decided to set up their own firm. In 2024 Vittorio Tadei, a former colleague from the original Italian law firm, joined CF Law as of counsel.
